Seems like there is quite a bit going on behind the scenes that shareholders should have been notified about... especially now one of the indigenous mining companies is accusing NKP of breaching ASX rules by not advising its shareholders in 2009 that Genorah was interdicted by the High Court from conducting any prospecting activities on Tubatse.
PS: i sold out at 45 cents ( bought at 51 cents ) not because i think NKP doesnt have a great future but due to the fact i believe the share price might flounder for a while until there is more clarification about the court case.
