No further news re NKP, but I noticed for the first time Dr C has tabled his "Buy up to" prices for his recommendations - NKP's is $1.00. Obviously he still has confidence in the company as we can take this as being his short-term price target.
I also had a look back at some old newsletters. He mentioned a while ago about the first of the currently un-resolved court cases -
"This case was first brought to court before X-Strata set up the JV option, and if there was any merit to the case X-Strata would never have made a move."
Just someething to think about while we wait.
