To be honest this court case is only beaten up here in HC. My broker + other well respected professioanls I know dont think the court cases have much bearing. Good to see D&D agree, as do X.
Must remember Garatau is a stand alone mine its own right - the court case has nothing to do with Garatau. So first things first I beleive will make a move on Garatau sending the SP to around $1, which has been my price guide all along (90cents - $1).
