Drew ,for all intents and purposes the court case was suppose to be inconsequential ,and unbased .

PL just stated it ,as it was .

The decision was a shock ,and I dont think anyone really believed that would be the result including PL .

So ,I think PL was only giving his honest appraisal of the situation ,and now we are seeing WHY PL believed this .

We have all been fed a pack of lies by other parties ,AC included ,and I think AC may realise he has been premature in his decision .

Even the Judge was misled .

Given what we know now ,Peter Landaus appraisal of the situation was probably bang on from the start .

But many jumped to conclusions, that wrongly caused massive damage to PLs reputation ,and I am sure he is hell bent on not just getting NKP back on the rails ,but also for personal satisfaction ,and this probably includes legal action against his attackers .

I certainly hope so .
