Lets not misdirect our anger. It is not D&D's fault we are in this position. Things do not always work out as planned, I can understand management's course of action, why concern the shareholders with this frivolous legal issue when it will soon be resolved? But it wasn't soon, it dragged on for months, and then we lost.

But it could easily have gone the other way. Just like red or black on the roulette wheel. Some kids should realise that just because they went black and it came up black doesn't mean they are heroes. Some of them bring nothing to this forum.

And guess what, the wheel will spin again.
