They announced a little sweetener with some Chinese investor purchasing stock at $4.- per share but they did not add what else this purchaser will be entitled to and left it all open.

The longer this drags on the more concerning it will be, negotiations should not take over 30 days, you do not need to place a trading halt for such a long period, again it smells.

Maxw I have read is lodging a complaint with ASIC re trading during the JORC release. I feel you would do better and request ASIC to enforce some of the rules with how CDU is managed, first a JORC that is inaccurate, then a revised JORC to correct the inacucracy, then over 4 years nothing even though regular updates are to be supplied, and now this.
