After all , and IMO, she was given the marching orders by the incumbent Government while knowing what they were expecting from the Supreme Court. ??

IMO, they (the Baird Government) would have known what was coming and what to expect from the Court and, typical of politicians, they took preliminary actions before it was made public.
After all, as someone here pointed out, what could they expect when they refused to lodge any defence at all to support their case.??

So, they in fact did what Pontius Pilate did with JC. They washed their hands of the whole issue.

Anyway, what is going to happen from here on end will be very interesting indeed. Especially what the reaction will be from the greenies side of the fence.
