George, I am in exactly the same position. Frustrated is the understatement of the year with the situation these EXT management pachyderms have imposed upon us, with their totally unconventionally pathetic modus operandi.
Personally, I have nothing against P.M or any other member of the EXT management team. It's their utter disrespect for EXT shareholders that cheeses me off and lead me to react the way I do. Like every human with nous, heart and a bit of blood would react.
