Yes it is D-Day today.
Today it is the day that shareholders will find out whether or not their votes have spoken and drove their feelings home, or if they have been succumbed by the people who did not vote and gave their proxies to the Chairman to use as he wishes to do on the day. (The Chairman of the meeting, will be hoping that the latter part of my sentence will be the case, as it is the usual occurrence/situation.)
By now, they (the management) will know already which is which, after counting and recounting. I am sure that our CFO/Company Secretary would have been up all night making sure that everything was Okay.
But, after all, that is Democracy, and we will have to abide by the decision whichever way it will turns out to be. I would like very much to be a fly on the wall though.
My best wishes goes to Ivne and Cloggy, and whoever else will go to the meeting, to speak their mind. One way or the other, for it or against it!!
Also, I would like to make it all clear that, either way, IMHO we, (the shareholders) will not loose.
The Management are now aware that we, the shareholders, are an unhappy bunch and that we are not just mushrooms that they can feed us what they like, so they would have to be very carefull from now on in order to avoid another reoccurrence of what is happening now.
We want better and clearer disclosure.
Mark my words, there will be some changes after this.
Please DYOR.
Good luck to everyone and may the force be with us all.
Buddy
