I think a lot of the selling is due to the previous 60 day extension announcement which was followed by a big sell off and sp drop. I don't think it will be another extension tomorrow, I think it will be an offer from 3M, initial partership offer quite lucrative to OBJ with exclusive partnership rights for a set period of time, with an option to takeover at the end of the above mentioned set period of time.
