I don't think the newsletter allows anyone to assume that confirmation of ALDP funding has been received, or at least confirmation to negotiate funding.
I read into the newsletter that even if "ALDP" funding isn't received that ESI is confident that their plans can still go ahead to construct a Coldry demonstration plant, whether that confidence is reasonable or not is a totally different discussion.
I don't think the newsletter allows anyone to assume that...
