So if Loy yang can only produce approximately 20m -25m tones of coldry, (could be 50m for all i know) What would They need more coal for.
Apart from taking off the market and guaranteeing longer life

My understanding is that the coal allocation is to be used, not stocked
Piled for future use.

P.s still think ect would be apply for coal allocation.
