Looks like a game of corporate cat and mouse going on i think. SEMAFO deliberately delaying past Orbis's stated date for capital raising to see if Orbis will breach the deal and raise, and Orbis announcing the raising to see if they can draw a better offer out of SEMAFO. Deal may not be done just yet, hopefully getting closer though.
