If SEMAFO you to be taken seriously by major shareholders, which they need to get majority, I would say they need to add 20 cents onto their bid.
Until then they will have a small stake in a good company. Win either way for them I guess but currently it is not a win for OBS. Add 20 cents and I could see them getting over the line
