This may be a Financial decision to liquefy DGR (by the way of $26,625,000) and this does need to happen sooner rather than later, the other subs need support as well. If this happens, I believe it is a good outcome because there is still uncertainty in Africa. Taking into consideration the SP of DGR, AJQ, NVG, SOLG and ANW, this is hopefully a precursor to what can happen under the Management of this board.
