My speculation is, Monday (31st) is when we start to get a verdict from arbitration in Singapore. I'm glad there are no more delay tactics and we will have an answer and be able to move forward.
Also a payout from the courts, imo, means we no longer have Chatree, but receive compo for the loss.
There maybe more court actions on trying to get the Thais to pay, but I think that's slender. They want the mine for themselves.
