Hmmmm so some seem to think an international tribunal panel that has taken +3 years to finalise their judgement is waiting with baited breath for Monday and ready to release it at a moments notice.
The company has committed an enormous amount into getting a win win for us and their Thai employees. Having said that there will be no restart with out the requisite concessions being formalised and binding on Thailand (irrespective of future changes in Government). Monday will confirm which of us have had clarity with their investment thesis and those that live in an alternative universe. I like my chances here.
