Good point AimForSimon. People need to be realistic about the timing of any announcement. We can expect an announcement regarding an upgrade of GIP shortly...but a farm out deal is not likely to be announced until mid-late September.
Any potential bidders need to put together an offer, allow time for management to consider it, independent advice, negotiation and then a Board decision.
