Still holding steady ..but assuming all the buys are valid (has been some props) and the sells valid (Cappers) you would have to argue the buyers outnumber the sellers ...in a 4 tick range from the current price.
As I have said previously this stock must adjust eventually to be in line with its peers such as AFR... Either AFR (Mcap $83m) must come down or NMR(Mcap $16m) must go up.
Or maybe both... It will happen. Just a matter of time.
