You make it sound like he could do something about the price of oil which which affecting most oil stocks ,lt has taken a cliff dive and while we don't produce oil we are affected by sentiment and a movement away from risk, there are many oil and resource stocks taking a hammering at the moment. Just like stocks go stupid to the upside they can go stupid to the downside.
This is exaggerated both ways with penny stocks as every pip on a 1c stock is 10% or more. It's why they are called high risk.
