Yeh wouldn't know the exact price they would have got maybe some free options would have been thrown in but it still would have been alot better then what is unfolding
. Not sure if they were hoping the PR photo spin yesterday was meant to aid the pump/raise but didn't' work out.
Its not about having options available to raise cash more they would have to issue very little shares to obtain that 30mil vs what they were raising at in any past raises and would have given them budget to possibly not to raise again
