IMO I don't mind if there is no figures just look at 1. Parsons....
Cyber security, defense contracts, homeland security, building Lasail city in Qatar which will have opening and closing World Cup in 2022, now that would need some major security cause they wouldn't want anything happening there to ad to more controversy
2. Booz Allan and what they do....
Plus artical in oil and gas Australia (probably not as exiting as first 2)

Don't think anyone gets into bed with Parsons or Booz Allan.....think this puts them way ahead of any competition....
Don't think these companies would be creating relationships and doing joint projects with D13 if they didn't see something in it.....
