i agree, the halt was unnecessary but it did create some serious anticipation amongst us all. I can understand how today's announcement would have disappointed some holders and even caused them to sell however i expect those that did were not considering the long term game and the likelihood of positive news and more contracts in coming months. If this is going to be the case for a while and the price drops then i will only see it as a chance to top up on my holding.
