yeah perhaps you are both correct but that data changes my short term sentiment on d13 and makes me believe they dont see the price breaking 20 anytime soon. i think anytime it swings toward that 16/17 mark Hartleys will sell more to bring it back down.

i had an extra buy order in at 13 after the investor presentations but pulled it after seeing that hartleys sell off because now i know it will go lower.

so far it was the right decision with it sitting at 12.

still absolutely think this will be a winner long term but stagnant/lower next few months.

i will be buying more though thats for sure.
