The case keeps getting listed and it is my understanding that the new judge only has to make sure that reinstating the licence won't upset anybody. In that case it is only a question of time before we get the licence back. (days or weeks not months).
The sp should go for a good run when the announcemt comes and I plan to set myself up for it.
