What good is the chart when the company is in the process of doing a transformational deal?
If you don't think the deal is going ahead then the question is how cheap should the shell be. 0.8c? 0.4c? 1.0c? Your guess is as good as mine.
If you do think the deal is going ahead. Then you need to look at the merits of the deal and work out what the new company is worth.
All IMO but I think in todays terms the company is worth a lot more than 0.8c.
