Yes, you have right. It is another possibility i.e. big money is in the accumulation mode. If that is going on, we may know soon once this big money reach 5% of the DCN total number of shares.
Either way, be it big money involvement or short sellers, the short term is challenging on that basis since the brake on the SP will be on. In the long term when DCN SP moves i.e. upon the release of the brake, it's move will be abrupt and explosive. I had the pleasant experience of seeing how RMS share price move in the past and it was addictive!
