That NTM annoucement just out makes for some very interesting reading. DCN and NTM have been trying to nut out a deal for months! NTM didn't bite at the first offer and then LJ went back for another crack in Oct and they took it. This says to me the merger has a higher chance of going through (due to work already done behind the scenes).
