I think there’s a good chance of this, certainty think it’s probably more accretive to SH than diluting at 30c. Think a producer with a healthy balance sheet and resources to feed the mill could get a good deal, will ultimately depend on whether the CEO and board are willing to step aside (rather than what’s best for shareholders).
