If the company issues 200m stocks at 35c, then they have around 425m stocks on issued. The company stock trading at $1 would need the market cap to be $425m. How can a 120koz p.a. gold mining company not have that market cap for a long time? We have seen this happen in the past with gold price relative to oil price lower than what we have now.
I understand the last week has been horrendous but there needs to be sober perspective. Gold is on the cusp of substantial rally as the central banks work together to calm the markets. I don't see $2 for some time. But market cap being way below $200m, I don't think so.
