    "Unity is currently assessing the options to realise maximum value for the Bendigo assets, which has delayed the Company from committing to a debt funding package for the Dargues Project."

    One step at a time AFD. If UML can off load the Bendigo assets at a realistic price then apply to Dargues funding then SH will definetly be better off IMO. Debt or relocation are less preferred option.
