DAI's acquisition of the remaining 49% now gives complete ownership of the tech to the company. Prior to this morning, the company had circa 200m shares on issue for 50% of the company, meaning the market was assuming 100% ownership would equate to another 200m being issued.

With only 79m being issued, this immediately gives the company short term uplift from a valuation perspective.

All this technical stuff aside, there is still no other company in the world that has developed a horizonal agentic platform for SMEs. This is the second largest addressable market in the world (only behind energy) and is worth trillions. With the new OS (Operating System) finally complete and customers trialling it as we speak, l expect some huge external validation shortly. If we are first movers in this space, we could go parabolic from here.

Being the only OS (operating system) globally in AI space with USA valuations starting in the billions if they can start bringing in the numbers once pilot and beta phases are over it will be the asx next serious tech play. Good luck to all let's hope management can deliver from here.
