Looking at the register...who even has 5m shares to sell at a loss?
This was poorly handled by Bell Potter. Top 20 was 88% (rucky number superstition) They should have found out who was going to sell and locked them in or bought them out pre-float. This was fully subscribed.
Lets not ignore is has an NPAT of $500k on $82m of revenue either. This is a 13 year old business
I'm normally critical of most boards but this board looks quite good.
I can see the Share price sub 20 cents. Depends if market sees this is a Chinese company or Australian one. IMP Bubs and AuMake are hanging on by their fingertips this well, where is the revenue growth going to come from? Haven't we already reached peak Daigou?
Looks like a great company in its own right, risk to me is forward revenue growth and just where is the profit? Margins are rice paper thin
