Daigou - new tax?, page-4

Thx for that. I looked up the 10th may article that is mentioned in the article (see below) and it suggests that the new laws wont come in until next year if at all:

Then I looked at the AFR article yesterday (see below) and it seems to suggest diametrically the opposite....and its written by the same journalist:

These article are literally 6 days apart. One says the new laws came in on 18th April, the other says nothing will happen for a year if at all. How the HELL are we supposed to take this article of yesterday, seriously.
