    Thank you for your insights - much appreciated by those of us who have a hard time patting our heads and rubbing our tummies at the same time LOL
    My notion may be completely wrong but it occurred to me that this BOT action [as you have described it] suggests a 'win win' situation for them [and ultimately for us LT's too ] & therefore is incentivised to continue.
