I'm just going to post my thoughts about the website/ RNT. I have been on the sideline for quite awhile now, still not ready to invest because a few things still bug me even with the updated site.
First thing that bugs me is you can't right click and open a new tab for each property you want to view. Having to do it one at a time and being unable to compare makes me want to go straight to Realestate.com.au where you can do just that.
Second is in Map view, places you have visited don't change in anyway to show that you have seen that property. Again Realestate.com.au does show this.
Pros. The site is complete focused on renting and has extra services which makes the renting process easier ( I assume, I have not tried it). The idea of offering services in a package like internet, phone, water ect.
Things I would like to see. The site improved and possible new features (doesn't need much), more advertising, increasing user base and revenue (Cash burn way to high, might come down). Still a wait and see.
