Yes RM, you are right about PENOA as not much action has happened at this stage but there are buys appearing at 3.9 and 4 that werent there earlier and quite frankly why would you have paid 4.2 for PENOA when someone was prepared to part with PENOC at around the same price. That discrepancy has now been rectified.
