    has turned into a buy here from a technical standpoint:

    RSI turning up from oversold territory
    MACD and histograms moving upward away from negative territory.

    signs that this consecutive 10 day price decline ended yesterday too with a positive day.

    I would target $0.40 within the next week, so thats ~30% upside from here - an outstanding buy in my opinion.
