hey mate thought I can answer the VWAP question. It means the average price a stock was traded for that day (doesn't have to be only a day) considering the volume of shares traded aka weighted average price. It gives you a good idea where most people are in the money and out of the money. A good stat to give you clarity when there has been a significant volatility.
