The little green dots are from the indicator 21 day initial high as used by Leon Wilson and I think the famous trading group "the Turtles" or are they a band,, although I am not sure on how many days they used. All I am looking for is an initial high crossing the price with increasing volume.
That certainly happened in the last few days.
