yes today's called tombstone or gravestone doji whatever you prefer, but if you look the previous candle and combine todays doji with it,its a bullish harami and is a bullish signal which would be voided if the prices fail to support the lower lows of the two candle.

at this time chart analysis isnt going to be very significant as the volume going through the current levels( both high and lows) are thin due to the upcoming announcement .
