@angelyoung - The PDN share price, if you have a look over the last 4 years especially since the 2011 Japan tsunami, has been characterised by some sudden dops, but then corresponding increases of between 10% and 100%. Note that all this on a descending trend line.
So while the SP is trending down [finally now trending up?] a number fund managers have played it up and down, especially in the most recent 28c-25c range. Buy at 28c, pump it to 33c, sell, drive it down again, bit at 30c, pump it up to 33c and sell - rinse/repeat. At retail investor level, plus with a share at the time that had no huge buying interest, it has been ripe. UBS as an example did [my estimate] 10-15 3c to 5c gains over a fairly short period. Now there is genuine interest on the buy side it will be harder to do.
