Since the shares started trading after the trading halt and issue, 2,291m shares have traded which is 50% of the total enlarged number of shares of 4,580m (including the conditional placement). Also the new shares already issued excluding the conditional placement total 1,949m. As such the trading volume is significant so you never know about a takeover.

Also should the Conditional Placement proceed then retail shareholders will be allowed to partake in a Share Purchase Plan probably at 27 as it will be lower than the VWAP price when SPP issue closes. Hence another freebie.

Also once issue out of the way expect the underwriters to come out with bullish forecasts.
