    To a degree, you are all 'agreeing with each other.
    But what Adsy is saying is that in order for the SP to move up or down, there has to be a seller for every buyer.....ie liquidity in volume.
    Tightly held stock normally only stays tightly held until (assuming good news)a profit becomes 'available'.
