My guess is that the report will be a disgrace. I wrote to the GM and Chair 11 days ago and they don't have the common decency to respond. My average is 3c and I am itching to get out of this mess, but still have some (unfounded) faith in this company. I feel absolutely stupid, but hang in there as deep down I cannot believe that such an informed team can get things so wrong. GLTAH of course.
