I think an EGM is inevitable . I have grave fears for Vuzel. Just a hunch and my opinion only

We need to make Dusko accountable and prevent any possible sale of Vuzel to his buddies in Serbia ,Hope I'm wrong but history will tell you he (Dusko ) has done deals before with buddies at the expense of Raiden Share holders

EXAMPLE :
Just look at the deal for Mt Sholl :

Raiden had completed first round JORC for 5 % with approx 130'000 T Ni/Cu Equivalent . Started Metallurgical process which would have given some Value to Raiden shareholders

Then the Einsteins did a deal with Kim North ,whom by the way I respect ,however the deal was for $1.5 Mill cash and $ 2 Mill of Raiden shares just to gain another 20 % to increase to 100 % control . Step in FQM -What a disaster . I warned a lot of Posters here over 15 months ago this would end badly for RDN shareholders .
Whilst waiting for Heritage at 4062 ,RDN could have drilled the new section of Mt Sholl for far less than the $3.5 Mill issued to Kim North.

Oh wait , Dusko wanted to drill for Li at Mt Sholl .= Duster

FQM cant even drill the full agreed drilling program , let alone make it Known on the FQM website they are drilling Mt Sholl. What a joke

This is a perfect example of why an EGM needs to be called.

As for the Auditors ,Hmmm

I will 100 % support an EGM and have management made to answer questions
