Mode1971, Your defence of Dusko and RDN is highly suspicious IMO. Your responses simply don't align with a rational shareholder invested in RDN sitting on massive paper losses. I truly hope you do not have any conflicts of interest at play here. An EGM will uncover the facts via an independent investigation into the Board, management, auditors, financials, disclosures, etc. An ASX-listed company cannot expect to deliver these outcomes without being held to account. This is Australia, not some off-shore, non-licenced, despot regime with nor guard rails to protect investors. I will support an EGM as a disgruntled investor. And for the record, its not about the paper loss, my issue is with the Board, the Chair, Dusko and the opaqueness of their business dealings. As I said I acknowledge their Dec 2024 report, but I want to understand what has not been disclosed.
