Of course they do . But so too do others. And what makes it even more competitive is the fact they are all priced the same in terms of where there SP is at. And that makes it interesting from a rotations point of view as does it with ' pairing ' trades and equally when you start to look at the potential on the table with like minded accretive Mergers instead of straight up bolt on acquisitions.

So what I do like about the low share price of point 4 or point 5 when coupled with the cash heavy balance sheet is that the current script price falls into a highly ' competitive ' basket of similar share prices cutting a swath across the small cap mining sector.

And some of these other small cap miners are sitting on some fantastic ' synergistic ' tenements and land holding packages.

And this of course opens up all kinds of other opportunities for Raiden to look further than say just a tenement acquisition in its own right , but perhaps even a ' script ' merger with another comparably priced entity.

Now before I go further with an example , I must disclose that I am also a holder in this Company.

So the small cap Miner's is RGL ( Riversgold ) who as you all may be aware went on its own lithium tenement grab in the Andover region when it was running hot. And this followed a similar strategy by SBR , ERW , and to a lesser extent even MLS.

And I'm not saying that RGL would even be interested , but it has set about its own rationalisation of its tenements portfolio by jettisoning almost 58% , and bringing it down to some approximate 27 claims.

This has left them with at least TWO significant and highly prospective Gold plays with one being near the Pilbara and another near Kalgoorlie which is very close to announcing a very substantial maiden MRE. It also has Uranium prospects together with its basket of Lithium potential which includes its sizeable Andover package sitting south of ERW's southern claims.

I think we can now rule out any major pursuits of Uranium projects now that the Liberal Party's aspirations on Nuclear have been put to bed in its Election loss last night.

The interesting thing about RGL though is that Michael Davy was a Director at RGL as well as still being a significant enough shareholder who was last known to hold over 6 million shares. RGL also had Tolga as an investor as well at one point so there is a common thread cutting across these two companies which could make sense.

I guess my main idea here is that why entertain buying an off the shelf ' private ' project with shareholders funds when you could just as well merge with another like minded company with its own highly prospective Gold projects and whos currently valued at one third the SP to that of Raiden , with a similar SP , but based on HALF the number of shares outstanding.

Just think of what the creative accountants could run on that. Especially with 15 million in cash and another couple million of ATM financing held by Raiden and a one for one pre merge rights issue at .RGL at one cent raising a similar amount in cash ' pre merge ' .

And so while RGL is talking up a potential 2 million ounce shallow gold project at just one of its locations , imagine the low cost valuation at AUD$5,000 per ounce on a 2 million ounce project based on 6.9 billion shares outstanding. Apply a 50% gold price discount to market and add the $30 million of post merge cash......, and what Share Price do you end up with. Perhaps the next Aussie Gold Mid-Cap Major would be the answer.

So that's just one example of perhaps many , with many of the contributors on this forum having their own valid ' Merge ' ideas.
