Hey Rattle I'll keep it simple. You are correct, plenty of potential with various leases and a good cash position. Unfortunately current management have put on a horrid circus show since the last CR for all to see, very few trust them anymore and they have been very flakey in everything. It's a mess because of management sorry to say and I wish it was different. Let's hope they don't screw up what cash is there but very hard to trust them at the moment.
