Well the way I seen it if the seller put in the order in normal trading @ .005 the buy side was.006 I think the seller would get .006 and you would'nt even see it in the coarse of sales,but this happened in the auction,so Joe puts up 5500 on the sell side in the auction maybe hoping someone will come in and match it,nothing hspoens for a few minutes,but looks like Joe has a plan and then comes in on the buy side @ .005 5499 and then at the end of auction presto Joe has taken the share price from 0.006 to .005 for $27.50 after most of the trading of the $180k was in the .006 all day.
O'k so how do I think it works,well it's not without it's risks but with banks of computers and software and computers and the overseeing of it I suppose they get it right more times thsn not,
so simple accumulation when they think it's at it's lowest,then when the opportunity presents they'll sell it right down taking the wind out of it's sail(all about perception) then they had that much control they were able to send it to .005
Just the plain arrogance is what probably get's me most.
Anyway at the end of the day share price does'nt dictate management performance,management performance dictates share price,only way to beat the BS is to have some on going good announcements to overcome it.
